Pete Cannizzaro

Pete hails from central Pennsylvania, though his ministry path has taken him far and wide. He arrived in Rutland in March of ‘23 to fill the interim pastor role for the next year. ACF is his 5th interim position.

Pete has a degree in pastoral ministry and Bible, a Masters of Divinity, and. Doctorate in Soul Care. 

Pete and his wife Ellen have three adult children, Alisha (27), Josh (26), and Jake (21).

Prayer is the focal point of Pete’s approach to ministry. He also brings considerable counseling experience, having founded the nonprofit SoulQuest Ministries with his wife, Ellen.

Pete’s time at ACF is intended to guide our congregation through the process of finding a new senior pastor.
